I find the reason for the watch stopping is the intermediate second pinion wheel is to high up on the third wheel pinion and that makes it touch the second pinion cock.
I broach the wheel.
Now the wheel goes low enough on the pinion.
The wheel is now clearing the bridge and the watch is running well.
