someone put a weld blob on top of the quick-set lever to make up for filing down the underside ...
someone has filed the underside of the moon-phase quick-set lever, which makes its spring slide under the lever, which blocks it.

The tip of the replacement quick-set lever for the moonphase isn't as it should be, so it doesn't transport
This is what the tip should look like (from the damaged original lever)
I filed off the side of the old lever, so the spring now sits well enough for the moonphase to transport
