Method

Put your round stock in the fourth axis, and your end mill 0/0/0 at the top middle tip of the round stock so that it barely touches the outer edge and the top, and sits centred above the middle. The round stock points to the left, with the fourth axis pointing to the right.

Use cooling, this is tool steel!
