there is a missing intermediate wheel, so the power reserve indicator can't work

I finally got hold of a 0.4mm x 0.6mm brass tube
I broach the hand until it fits the brass tube
The hand soldered to the brass tube - now the tube has to be adjusted to the right length
and we have a hand that fits the power reserve indication
