Old balance staff glued into the balance staff.
Hole in the balance wheel is oval.
The donor balance wheel.
The balance wheel is correct, but it is 1000 seconds + to slow.
The hairspring collet needed tightening to fit the balance staff. And I replace 4 balance screws, with smaller screws to reduce the weight.
After testing that the balance is about the correct weight, I now remove the hairspring to poise the balance after best effort;)
Rest of the movement looks good.
