Zenith chrongraph Calibre 143-6 (EP40)

Completely wrong pusher.

Broken forth wheel pivot.

New pusher fits the case.

I remove a little bit of material as it's not moving smoothly in the case

New pusher fits like glove after removing a tiny amount of material.

Hairspring was touching the balance cock. Dial down....

Hairspring reshaped and now preforming like it should.

The minute recorder tension spring was badly deformed, but I managed to reshape it so it works like it should.

Solution I have soldered one half of a collet onto the pusher to reduce the open space.

The open space is now the same as on the original pusher. The new pusher is longer than what the old one would be and the pusher button sticks out of the case. I have shortened the old pusher enough for it to sit properly in the case.

I needed to use the pusher button from the other pusher to make the new one fit.

The sub second hand was from another watch and was gold plated. I polished away the gold plating to mach the other hands.
