donor movement

the case ring isn't in great condition

start stop pusher isn't original

wrong balance screw

wrong pallet bridge screws

wrong spring screws

wrong minute recorder jumper screw

I got this pusher stem in stock

Looks right, but we will see when I put the watch together

now to the donor movement ...

the beat error is a bit high

bang on!

old paint stripped off the hands

my paint isn't that good any more, and I've ordered new enamel paint, and will then try again

hand in paint stripper

this time, it's Humbrol, and not Revell paint ;-)

that looks a lot better

I propose this colour for the luminous compound - please let me know if that's ok

the hour recorder rides up too high

broaching the hour recorder

hands on!

the original case at the top has been polished to death

the old pusher gaskets are about to dissolve

pushers cleaned and new gaskets in background

the bezel ring doesn't want to go on, as the new case is 5/100 larger

after taking a bit of material off the inner side of the bezel with a graver, the bezel fits into place

wet testing without the movement

no result, as the crown pops out

the new pushers have arrived

new pushers in case

that doesn't look too good ...

the water is coming in through both brand new pushers
